Annie Purcell is the founder of Crystal Clear Property Partners, a real estate advisory and education company that helps investors and property owners reduce risk, make smarter decisions, and protect long-term wealth.
She’s not just advising from the sidelines. Annie is an active real estate investor, licensed agent in California, and portfolio owner with properties in multiple states and across asset classes: long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and mid-term rentals ranging from single family to small multifamily properties. Her work is shaped by real-world experience dealing with the kinds of insurance gaps, title issues, and entity mistakes most advisors don’t catch (or explain clearly).
Crystal Clear Property Partners was born out of a common problem seen for property owners. Policies were getting renewed without a second thought, coverage was assumed and not confirmed and there were major disconnects between property use, ownership structure and other issues with insurance language that were going unnoticed until it was too late.
The goal of our company is simple: bring clarity to the areas most investors find confusing or overlooked. We are not selling insurance, taking commissions or pushing products; we are just giving you plain-English insights so you can see what you really have, what you might be missing and how to fix it before there is a problem.
