Annie Davidson Purcell, D.O.

Annie Purcell is the founder of Crystal Clear Property Partners, a real estate advisory and education company that helps investors and property owners reduce risk, make smarter decisions, and protect long-term wealth.

She’s not just advising from the sidelines. Annie is an active real estate investor, licensed agent in California, and portfolio owner with properties in multiple states and across asset classes: long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and mid-term rentals ranging from single family to small multifamily properties. Her work is shaped by real-world experience dealing with the kinds of insurance gaps, title issues, and entity mistakes most advisors don’t catch (or explain clearly).
